Title: PROJECT COORDINATOR FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT AND RELATIONSHIP VIOLENCE PREVENTION

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, education, public health or a closely related field. Successful results of a criminal background check are required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prefer graduation from an accredited institution with a master’s degree in social work, counseling, education, public health or a closely related field; grant writing experience; and experience in training programs targeted to victims of sexual and relationship violence. Duties: The Project Coordinator for Sexual Assault and Relationship Violence Prevention will be responsible for implementing and managing a three-year federally-funded grant project awarded by the Department of Justice Office on Violence Against Women to reduce sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking on campus to improve Pensacola State College�s response to sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking. The successful candidate will establish and implement mandatory prevention and education programs for incoming students; assist with development and implementation of training for public safety officers, hearing officers/boards, faculty, staff, and students; conduct prevention and education programming; develop resources and promotional materials related to the grant; work collaboratively with community partners to ensure direct services are available to victims of sexual and relationship violence; track trainings, programming, and other initiatives implemented through the grant; and provide regular reports on the progress of the grant. This position reports to the Executive Director of Institutional Equity and Student Conduct. This is a grant-funded position.
