Title: DONOR RELATIONS COORDINATOR

Minimum Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s and two years related work experience required. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, successful candidates must have three to five years of proven success in a similar fund development role(s). Successful results of a criminal background check are required. Pursuant to College policy, it is an employment eligibility requirement for an applicant to meet the requirements of § 435.04(2), Florida Statutes, related to background investigations. Any person failing to meet the requirements of the statute will be deemed not qualified to hold employment in this position. A Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) approved background check will be conducted on every successful candidate as a condition of employment, and any person who fails to disclose any adverse information contained in the background investigation at the time of submitting the employment application will be disqualified from employment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prefer one to three years demonstrated success utilizing Blackbaud software while responsible for donor satisfaction and donor giving that exceeded $100,000.00 annually. Duties: The Donor Relations Coordinator position is a full-time professional/managerial position. The Donor Relations Coordinator will maintain effective and ongoing relationships with donors and associated constituencies to further the College�s mission, goals, and objectives related to giving and funding activities; support the implementation of annual plans for affinity group funds, employee giving and special campaigns. Additionally, the Donor Relations Coordinator will provide volunteer coordination for events (i.e. set up and break down, prepare event mailers, track participation and capture event attendance, purchase event supplies as needed, maintain accurate event inventory, assist with creation of auction bid sheets and item descriptions); coordinate and arrange meetings (including set up meeting room, prepare agendas and copy packets, pickup lunches or catering orders); reserve and prepare facilities, record and transcribe minutes of meetings; and respect and safeguard confidentiality of all donor, alumni, and prospect records and reports. This position requires limited travel and availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position reports to the Donor Relations Manager/Events.

Salary: $32,550.00 - $35,000.00 (Depending on the qualifications, the salary is negotiable.)
