A postdoctoral position is available to study the molecular dynamics and distribution of T cell signaling molecules, specifically in the T cell receptor (TCR) and PD-1 checkpoint pathways. The goal of these studies is to discover novel spatio-temporal mechanisms that are potential drug targets for future immunotherapies. The position requires application and/or development of cutting edge single molecule fluorescence microscopy techniques (based on single molecule super-resolution and tracking). We encourage applications of life scientist, engineers, and physicist that are interested in T cell biology.

A strong background in fluorescence microscopy, and image/data analyses in required. Rudimentary skills in immunology, cell biology or molecular biology are beneficial to the position.
