Job Description
The Training Coordinator, under general supervision, develops, reviews, edits and evaluates training materials for current and new CITE initiatives. Delivers classroom and individual training to clients. Develops online training programs.
Responsibilities:

  • Develops, reviews, edits and evaluates training materials for current and new CITE initiatives.
  • Delivers classroom and individual training to clients.
  • Develops online training programs
  • Assists in planning, goal setting, developing and identifying programs to meet the future training needs of clients.
  • May coordinate training program schedules. Maintains training records.
  • Leads in the implementation of new training programs or systems.
  • May compose and develop a training newsletter.
  • Generates monthly reports and statistics on training efforts.
  • May perform help desk functions to assist clients.
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in applicable field
  • Two years of related experience in project coordination, curriculum development, and/or delivery of training.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Ability to assist in the design of new course curricula and update current curricula.

Registrations, Certifications, and Licenses:

  • Valid driver's license.


Other Requirements:

  • Ability to exert moderate force.
  • Travel required.
