Under general supervision of the Associate Vice President for Academic Resources and Planning, the Resource Analyst and Executive Assistant provides coordination and support to facilities projects in the Division of Academic Affairs, and oversees managing logistics related to all office moves, reconfigurations, and renovations across the Division. The incumbent provides executive-level administrative support to both the Associate Vice President for Academic Resources and Planning and the Senior Director of Academic Resources.
Establishes principles and priorities and makes recommendations for highly sensitive space reallocations that support campus priorities including those for student success, research, and faculty offices.
Provides coordination for space use on campus that requires negotiation skills with college leadership to ensure implementation of recommendations, and works as the liaison between college deans, directors, and various departments.
Organizes electronic records, makes travel arrangements, provides direct assistance with senior administrator-led projects and programs, and researches and provides background data on various issues.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university in a job-related field.
Equivalent to three (3) years of full-time, progressively responsible technical, analytical, or administrative experience.
Additional experience in job-related field may be substituted for up to two (2) years of the required education, on a year for year basis.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Working knowledge of general practices, program, and/or administrative specialty. Working knowledge of operational analysis and techniques. Familiarity with academic facilities. Thorough knowledge of budgets, policies, procedures, and outside regulations pertaining to academic facilities projects, logistics, and support.
Ability and specialized skills to: expertly investigate and analyze problems with a broad administrative impact and implications.
Ability to: oversee and/or train others and provide lead work direction; interpret, and apply a wide variety of policies and procedures to develop conclusions and make recommendations; compile, write and present reports related to program or administrative specialty; and communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing; effectively and independently manage logistics related to committees, facilities projects, and a busy academic support department; adapt quickly to changing circumstances and work well with team members and others in a dynamic environment.
Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule

Classification/grade: 1038 / AA/S /2
The anticipated HIRING RANGE: $4170 - $6200 per month, dependent upon qualifications and experience. The salary range for this classification is: $4170 - $7545 per month.
HOURS: Full Time; 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday; may include evenings and weekends.
REG: This is a Regular position with a one-year probationary period.
The position is currently hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote); however, this is subject to change based on student and/or operational needs.
