FACULTY VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Brooklyn College of the City University of New York (CUNY) invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the Department of Health and Nutrition Sciences with a starting date in August 2020.
Health and Nutrition Sciences (HNSC) is an interdisciplinary department with distinct degree programs in health and nutrition, and an ongoing interest in pursuing linkages between both. It is our mission to provide high quality, multidisciplinary teaching, research, and community service to foster an environment of academic excellence and professionalism for students and faculty; advance scientific knowledge relevant to health and nutrition and ensure that all students acquire the knowledge, skills, and values to make meaningful contributions. We currently offer a BA in Health and Nutrition Sciences, an ACEND accredited BS in Foods and Nutrition (DPD), a BS in Health Sciences, and a BS in Public Health. At the graduate level we offer an MA in Community Health, an MS in Nutrition, and an ACEND accredited Dietetic Internship.

Salary commensurate with experience and credentials. All appointments are subject to financial availability.
