As a faculty member, you will be responsible for the development and teaching of undergraduate and graduate education courses using traditional, hybrid and online instruction with emphasis on K-12 professional education core courses. Faculty work with content-area department faculty and jointly advise secondary education students in their content major. Duties include: (1) Working closely with area school districts, including supervising field experiences and student teaching; (2) Assisting with program assessment and accreditation preparation; (3) Participating in program development, recruitment and retention; and (4) Engaging in scholarly, departmental, and institutional activities. Two tenure-track positions are open.
Could start as early as January 2020.
