Fiscal Analyst 2Washington State UniversityThe Fiscal Analyst 2 reports to the Finance /Budget Manager of the Washington State University Foundation. This position is responsible for Fixed Assets, Notes Receivable, Land/Real Estate, Trusts and assisting in the management of all cost centers fiscal support functions. The duties include preparing and posting transactions to general ledger systems; preparing billings; producing reports; preparing reconciliations; and preparing audit deliverables. It requires working with several types of computer systems, and interacting with constituencies. WSU Foundation seeks an ambitious Fiscal Analyst to manage the university's endowment. Experience in fundraising and development is a plus.Required QualificationsA Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, which must include 18 quarter or 12 semester hours in accounting, auditing, or budgeting and one year of relevant professional experience; OR equivalent education/experience.Additional RequirementsAdvanced proficiency level with Microsoft software programs such as Outlook, Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint, in addition to other database applications.Preferred QualificationsExperience working within a higher education setting.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.Salary Range$40,000 - $54,000For more information and to apply, visit: State University is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Educator and Employer.
