Title: DIRECTOR, STUDENT SERVICES, WARRINGTON CAMPUS

Graduation from an accredited institution with a master’s degree, and three years of appropriate professional experience related to the job tasks are required. Successful results of a criminal background check are required. Pursuant to College policy, it is an employment eligibility requirement for an applicant to meet the requirements of § 435.04(2), Florida Statutes, related to background investigations. Any person failing to meet the requirements of the statute will be deemed not qualified to hold employment in this position. A Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) approved background check will be conducted on every successful candidate as a condition of employment, and any person who fails to disclose any adverse information contained in the background investigation at the time of submitting the employment application will be disqualified from employment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prefer management and supervisory experience in a post-secondary education setting; ability to utilize technology to support planning and implementation of student services functions; and leadership in supporting and implementing ongoing enrollment, retention, and completion strategies. Duties: The Director, Student Services, Warrington Campus is a full-time 12-month administrative position with an anticipated start date of August 1, 2019, but a different start date may be negotiated. The successful candidate will coordinate the day-to-day functions of the Office of Student Services on the Warrington Campus. The Director will effectively train advising staff and support the Case Management Model for academic and career advising, supervise a diverse staff to accurately provide admissions, general financial aid, and program specific information in a customer centered manner, respond to student needs in order to support retention and program completion, provide supervision and leadership to promote employee growth, and effectively manage the budget. The successful candidate will work closely with the Dean, Student Affairs and other staff to provide excellent student support services consistent with other College sites. This position reports to the Dean, Student Affairs.
Salary: $42,230.00 - $78,280.00 (Depending on the qualifications, the salary is negotiable.)
