The Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management, Financial Aid, will report to the Vice President of Enrollment Management and serve on the senior management team for the division. The ideal candidate will have experience leading all aspects of student financial aid with vision, integrity, inclusiveness, sound judgement and wisdom. This individual will lead a holistic approach to optimizing financial aid, pricing, and leveraging of institutional resources to recruit, retain and graduate students. The candidate must be a visionary with the ability to approach enrollment with a creative and entrepreneurial outlook and an ability to build and motivate a strong team.
It is expected that the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management, Financial Aid, will have at least a Master's degree with seven years of experience in the management of a financial aid or financial services operation within higher education. The candidate must be able to demonstrate substantial success in their leadership roles.
