Information Technology Services. The Customer Relationship Analyst provides desktop computer support for hardware, software, peripherals, and services across Windows and Apple operating systems. Consults and trains cross-functional University team members to keep systems running smoothly across campus. Essential Functions • Installs and configures both PC and Apple computers across the University. • Troubleshoots computer and technology system issues. • Documents, tracks, assigns and escalates tickets assigned to customer base. • Maintains equipment inventory. • Performs routine and ongoing hardware and software maintenance. • Communicates solutions to customers. • Supervises and trains assigned Student Assistants. • Recommends preventive measures and respond to incidents.
