Job Description

The College of Business Administration at the University of Missouri-St. Louis seeks to fill a full-time, tenure-track position at the level of Assistant Professor for Fall 2020.

This position is intended to address staffing needs in Global Leadership and Management. The position requires strong research potential and a commitment to teaching. We seek a candidate who conducts human resource management-related research and teaches courses in human resource management and organizational behavior at the undergraduate, and masters level. Areas of expertise might include, but are not limited to, strategic human resource management, international human resource management, diversity management, performance management, and other mainstream human resource management topics. The teaching load for this position is 2-2. Preference will be given to candidates who are able to teach across undergraduate and masters levels in at least two of the following areas: Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and Leadership.

Preferred and Required Qualifications

Individuals who will have a completed Ph.D. in Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior or a closely related field by September, 2020 are encouraged to apply.
