Major/Essential Functions
Coordination of all Medical Student rotation experience through our department: orientation schedules, daily schedules, call schedules, lecture schedules; including room reservations, equipment setup, supplies and assisting faculty with lecture presentations, grading and evaluation processing and reporting; creation of database to track faculty, resident and student progress and to assist the Director and the Chair with improvements to our system. First point of contact for student rotations in our department. Coordination of faculty and staff travel per the policies & procedures of TTUHSC. Creation and maintenance of confidential and routine faculty records. Credentialing processes for faculty. Backup for opening and closing of clinics.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in job related field plus one year of related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.

Pay Statement
