Monday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday: 1:00pm - 5:00pm
Wednesday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday: 11:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: As needed
** Actual schedule will be determined by students class schedule
Work Week 0-20 Hours

· Background Check
· Completion of New Employee Training
· Must be currently enrolled in at least 3 credit hours for Fall/Spring semester
· Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above (if first semester student, GPA requirement is waived)
· If student qualifies for Federal Work Study, the student will be hired as a Federal Work Study employee to utilize these funds.

Assist the AOM, BUS, MKT, ACT and other department events and planning
Reports to Dean of Career and Technical Education
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
-Meals with Moms manual update and 2022-23 event prep work
-Dinner with Dads manual review and update if needed
-Dinner with Dads Event
-Student Etiquette Event
-High School Event Template for Calendar Task Items
-AOM/BUS/MKT Department PP (events/photo) updated
-Department Table events in Commons
-Department Traveling billboard updated
-Advisory Committee prep work and attendance 9/30
-Small Business Fair Committee work and running the professional exchange day of 11/3
-Prep work and day of for the Think Tank 10/28 assistance
Required Education High School graduate or equivalent
Other Required Qualifications

Skills and Specifications
- Excellent English communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit, walk, and stand up to 4 hours
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products
- Ability to use office equipment (fax, copier, etc)
