The Department of Social, Behavioral, and Population Sciences (SBPS) seeks to strengthen its existing capacities to be leaders and innovators in women's health equity research, reproductive health, and maternal and child health. These are nationally recognized and highly prioritized issues in population health and our growth in this area will enhance Tulane's national and international reputation for contributing to urgently needed, relevant and rigorous scientific evidence. We seek a tenure track assistant professor to create a critical mass of researchers and teachers in this area to propel SBPS' ability to seek larger grants and gain greater visibility for Tulane and attract high quality students and trainees. We are seeking an individual who can contribute advanced research methods training in our graduate programs, both MPH and PhD, across both qualitative and quantitative approaches and expertise with large, national data sets and translating research to policy.
PhD in Public Health or related Field
