Position Summary:

Incumbent is responsible for coordinating programs and outreach efforts focused on referring physicians, community partners, hospitals, and consumers. All other information remains the same.

Salary Range:

Annual Rate Minimum $53,500.00 Midpoint $78,600.00 Maximum $103,700.00

Required Qualifications:

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System

Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word

Previous experience managing events, working in a hospital/healthcare environment

Ability to work independently with minimal direction

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks with a high attention to detail.

Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience interfacing with physicians, nurses and conference course leaders

Experienced in developing, managing and overseeing conference and or educational program operating budgets

Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
