Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Job Summary
Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a full-time, nine-month, non-tenure-track Limited Term Instructor or Limited Term Assistant Professor of Physics in the Department of Physics beginning August 2022.

Responsibilities
  • Teaching non-calculus and calculus-based introductory physics lectures, recitations, and laboratories.
Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of an MS degree, or the foreign equivalent, in Physics or closely related field.

Preferred Qualifications
The ideal applicant will have previous, documented experience in teaching undergraduate Physics courses including a familiarity with current evidence-based instructional practices, inclusive pedagogies, and modern instructional technologies.
