Concordia University Chicago (CUC) invites applications for the full-time faculty position of Assistant Professor of Sociology. This position requires academic background in sociology as well as teaching and research experience in one or more subfields of sociology. The successful candidate must show a commitment to undergraduate student success, effective classroom teaching, support and growth of the Sociology and Criminal Justice Programs, and service to the university. The ideal candidate would have a PhD in Sociology; those nearing terminal degree by start date will be considered.
