Midwestern State University invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor of Special Education The successful candidate in this 9-month tenure track position will teach graduate and undergraduate level courses in special education and contribute actively and effectively to student growth, service, and scholarship. Candidates are expected to be committed to multiculturalism and working with a diverse student body. The successful candidate will begin Fall 2022.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must have an earned doctorate in Special Education or closely related field from a regionally accredited institution (ABD will be considered), Diagnostician Certification, and three years of experience as a diagnostician. Preferred qualifications: The preferred candidate will have an established special education research agenda and experience teaching graduate level courses and distance education.
