Position Summary |
MCC is looking for teachers excited to share their expertise related to career development. The adjunct faculty member will provide instruction to students as they navigate their own values, strengths, skills, and interests in future careers. Faculty will assist students in researching a variety of career options and then evaluating those in context to their self-assessment.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities |
Including but are not limited to:
- Teach the assigned class in accordance with the learning objectives and e-syllabus using instructional strategies to engage students
- Develop and manage working syllabus, course materials, and assignments
- Provide formative feedback and summative evaluation of student performance throughout the learning process which could involve being available for student conferences either before or after class, and by College email if necessary
- Work cooperatively within the department, the division, and throughout the College in striving for educational excellence by implementing pedagogical techniques that increase student success
- Assessment of student learning
- Maintain and submit accurate attendance records, along with course related data
