Job Summary:The EO and Title IX Coordinator is the designated campus official responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the University's Equal Opportunity and Title IX compliance obligations in accordance with the University's mission and valuesEO. The Coordinator is responsible for overseeing policies, processes, procedures, and training related to these areas and will work with the campus community to assure compliance with EO and Title IX regulations. This includes overseeing and monitoring compliance with University policies related to EO and Title IX; implementing complaint procedures, including notification, investigation and disposition of complaints; providing educational materials and training for the University community; conducting and/or coordinating investigations of complaints received pursuant to EO or Title IX; ensuring a fair and neutral process for all parties; and monitoring all other aspects of the University's EO policies and procedures and Title IX compliance. This includes coordinating investigations into all complaints by any member of the Regis University community against any other member based in whole or in part on one's race, color, religion, national origin, creed, ancestry, age, marital status, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, physical or mental disability, genetic information, or any characteristic protected by applicable local, state, or Federal law (collectively with sex and gender discrimination “discrimination”).
