The Department of Global
Languages and Cross-Cultural Studies at the University of Indianapolis invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of
Spanish and Cross-Cultural Studies position. This is a full-time, nine-month position beginning in August 2022.
The successful
candidate should possess a doctoral degree with eligibility to work in the United States at the time of appointment is required.
Additionally, applicants should demonstrate excellence in teaching undergraduate Spanish Language and Culture at all levels with a
specialization in Latin American literature. Familiarity with US Latino Studies and/or Africana studies preferred. This position will
re-energize our Spanish language sequence and contribute to our Latin American Studies program. Eligibility to work in the United states at
the time of appointment is required.
