Job Summary:
The Post-Award Grants Administrator (Compliance) performs a variety of work directly related to the acceptance and management of grant awards and sponsored project agreements at Rollins College. The position will provide administrative guidance and assistance to faculty and staff to facilitate research and sponsored program activity while ensuring compliance with sponsor guidelines and College policies and procedures. Reporting to the Director of Grants & Sponsored Research, the position will work collaboratively and professionally with faculty and staff from across the College to provide excellent customer service, support, and oversight for all non-accounting post-award grant administration and compliance activities.

About the Office of Grants & Sponsored Research:
The Office of Grants & Sponsored Research works to further research, service, and scholarly activities among Rollins faculty and staff by helping them identify, secure, and manage external funding. The goal of the Office is to support programs that advance the mission and enhance the reputation of Rollins College while benefiting students, faculty, staff, and the greater community. External grants have funded student-faculty collaborative research, interdisciplinary faculty development projects, service-learning initiatives, and curriculum development projects.
The Office of Grants & Sponsored Research is able to assist interested faculty and staff with the following:
• Identifying funding opportunities
• Developing and reviewing proposals and project budgets
• Completing standard applications forms
• Assuring compliance with federal regulations
• Negotiating grant awards and contracts
• Managing post-award procedures and reporting
