All About You

Saint Louis University, a Catholic, Jesuit institution dedicated to student learning, research, health care, and service, invites applicants for a tenured faculty position in computer science to begin in August 2022. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in computer science or a closely related field and have established research productivity. 

The Department of Computer Science supports bachelors, masters and doctoral programs in computer science and closely related areas such as artificial intelligence, bioinformatics, data science, and software engineering. The department seeks to expand upon strengths in current teaching and research clusters (algorithms, bioinformatics, computer vision, high-performance computing, machine learning, natural language processing, networking/security, and systems), and to develop additional strength in key areas such as software engineering and human computer interactions. Tenured faculty members are expected to develop and maintain active research programs and to contribute toward teaching a diverse portfolio of inclusive classes at the undergraduate and graduate level.
