Job Description
HCT is looking for a Senior Manager - e-Content Development who will be responsible to develop a strategic approach for the development of e-content management and instructional design for multiple instructional delivery modes and the quality, design, and consistency of course e-contents, design, and structure across the curriculum. Primary emphasis on the application of pedagogical practices and the integration of instructional technology tools. Support users in the use and integration of technology including graphics, multimedia, and productivity software; web-based applications, social media tools, and other emerging technologies
Required Qualifications and Experiences:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required, eg: Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Education, Education Technologies, Multimedia Design, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum of eight years of work experience in Education Technologies with at least two years of experience in a managerial role.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- Full English proficiency is required.
- Advanced computer literacy is required e.g. Blackboard, Zoom (for Lectures Online).
