Overview:
Cardinal Stritch University is currently seeking a qualified candidate for our Campus Safety department. Responsible for ensuring a safe atmosphere for all University constituents and for securing University property.
Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
- Routine tours of all buildings and campus grounds
- Locking and unlocking doors according to a schedule
- Contacting emergency services as needed
- Completing full reports on all incidents and accidents
- Filling out a daily shift report
- Enforcing campus parking regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Credits in Police Science or related field preferred
- Security related military background may be acceptable
- Minimum one-year related work experience
