The Relationship Coordinator is a part-time position located on the Pensacola campus. The Relationship Coordinator will be responsible for growing and supporting Pensacola State College (PSC) Membership Groups. Administrative and developmental responsibilities essential to the success of the current and future PSC Membership groups to include, Friends of Performing Arts, Friends of Culinary Arts, Anna Society, Employee All In, and Nonprofit Center for Excellence and Philanthropy. This position may require occasional travel to assist the supervisor—reports to the Director of Donor Relations.


The selected candidate must demonstrate the ability to think strategically and creatively; possess the ability to persuade and inspire others; and be able to multi-task and meet deadlines and work assignments with minimal supervision.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   Graduation from high school or GED equivalency are required.  Reliable transportation to support Foundation Events. Successful results of a criminal background check are required.


Pursuant to College policy, it is an employment eligibility requirement for an applicant to meet the requirements of § 435.04(2), Florida Statutes, related to background investigations.  Any person failing to meet the requirements of the statute will be deemed not qualified to hold employment in this position.  A Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) approved background check will be conducted on every successful candidate as a condition of employment, and any person who fails to disclose any adverse information contained in the background investigation at the time of submitting the employment application will be disqualified from employment.


SALARY:  $14.00/hour for approximately 20 hours per week


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Experience in higher education fundraising, Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Products and experience with constituent relationship management software system (Raiser’s Edge preferred).
