Overview:
Cardinal Stritch University is currently seeking a qualified candidate for our School of Business. In collaboration with the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, the Assistant Dean provides the structural backbone and the leadership direction of the School of Business. He/she has a scholarly vision and exceptional qualities in his/her ability to develop and advance the School’s distinctive mission, goals, and identity. Specifically, the Assistant Dean provides leadership for and coordination of undergraduate and graduate business programs. That leadership includes working with the Dean and others to develop a strategic vision for the School and to assess resource needs, student success, and continuous improvement. The Assistant Dean has faculty status, reports directly to the Dean of the College, and supervises the undergraduate and graduate business chairs.
