The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology has a full-time opening for a Research Associate in the Division of Reproductive Sciences. This individual will conduct research focused on cellular, molecular, and genetic mechanisms underlying human placental angiogenesis and development, with a primary focus on severe, early-onset fetal growth restriction. In addition to the primary responsibilities of designing, performing, and trouble-shooting experiments that are focused on hypothesis-driven queries, this individual will also be expected to demonstrate excellence in scientific writing of abstracts and manuscripts, to be able to generate new avenues of inquiry related to the lab’s primary scientific focus, and to train and supervise more junior lab members.

Salary and Benefits
Salary has been established at $52,000 - $62,000. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
