Vice Chair of Equity, Inclusion, and Structural Change
The role of the Vice Chair of Equity, Inclusion, and Structural Change (VC EISC) is to collaborate to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Department of Ob, Gyn & RS leading to a dynamic and inclusive environment that fulfills the missions of clinical care, service, research, education, and advocacy. The Vice Chair role is a collaborative dyad position comprised of one faculty member and one staff member, both members will have equal roles and comparable support. The Vice Chair is empowered to create recommendations for addressing and eliminating inequities in sexual and reproductive health across the lifespan, utilizing community-led and informed recommendations as a model. The VC EISC, in consultation with the Department Chair, is charged with:
The candidate will be a full-time faculty member of our department, specializing in Ob/Gyn and Reproductive Health through research or clinical endeavors.
