Job Description

The HR Generalist provides general HR support to the following areas: payroll performance management, benefits, compensation, recruitment/retention, onboarding/orientation, employee/labor relations, HR policies, process and procedures

Preferred and Required Qualifications

  • BA degree in HR management or a related field
  • A minimum of 5-7 years experience in similar HR Generalist or HRM position with payroll, compensation/benefits, training, and employee relations  .
  • Computer Literate -MS Office, Workday, FMIS or two (2) years using web based electronic payroll systems, Banner
