The College of Social Science is seeking to appoint an outstanding individual as a Senior Project Development Manager who will support academic leads in the effective planning and design of the designated projects (to execution).

The College houses six diverse and progressive schools (Education, Psychology, Law, Sport and Exercise Science, Health and Social Care and Social and Political Sciences), and is at an exciting stage of its evolution, with a number of significant developments over recent years, including the establishment of the Lincoln International Institute of Rural Health (LIIRH). The College is also in the process of developing a number of strategic cross cutting and high-profile projects, in both research and student experience. Of particular importance is the recent establishment of a Clinical Trials Unit.

Your project management experience and exceptional people skills will be instrumental in ensuring all projects have sound operational, HR and financial systems on which to build future success. In regard to LIIRH, you will be supporting the Director in developing a strong framework for continued and further growth and success. The role will be focused on both the internal organisation of such projects and the external promotion, and liaison with relevant stakeholders both within and outside the College and wider University.

For an informal discussion regarding the role, please contact Emma Seamer, College Director of Operations (eseamer@lincoln.ac.uk).

Interviews for this role will be held 'in person' on the Brayford Campus on the publicised interview date.
