Governors State University (GSU) invites nominations and applications for three tenure track faculty positions at the rank of Assistant / Associate Professor in the Department of Social Work in the College of Health and Human Services. We seek candidates with interest and experience in teaching advanced social work practice courses. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching social work practice grounded in a social justice ethic.

The College of Health and Human Services (CHHS) is a dynamic learning community serving those who seek to make a substantive difference in the public sector. Degrees offered in the College of Health and Human Services include the Bachelor of Social Work, Master of Social Work, Nursing, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Communication Disorders, Health Administration, and Addictions and Behavior Health and Community Health.
