Reporting to the Director of Title IX and Equal Opportunity, the Investigator (Title IX and Equal Opportunity) assists the Director with (1) the response and resolution of reports of discrimination, harassment, sexual and relationship violence, stalking and retaliation; (2) supports the development and implementation of educational training programs for the community. The incumbent will maintain their own caseload of investigations of faculty, staff, and student complaints of discrimination or harassment based on legally protected identities, sexual misconduct, relationship violence, stalking, and retaliation. The individual will develop and prepare comprehensive investigative reports and assist with the coordination, response, and resolution of complaints asserting violations of the College's sexual misconduct policy and equal opportunity policies, as well as all corresponding federal, state and local laws, regulations, ordinances, executive orders and guidance governing Title IX and equal opportunity. Responsibilities also include assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Office of Title IX and Equal Opportunity.
