SUMMARY DEFINITION: Serves as the District’s compliance coordinator and investigator on assigned legal compliance issues Including Equal Employment Opportunity, Equity and Compliance Programs. DISTINGUISHING CAREER FEATURES Coordinates the District’s Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Equity and Compliance programs. SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED Receives direction from the Executive Director of Human Resources and Employee-Employer Relations or designee of the Vice Chancellor of Human Resources. Exercises functional guidance over technical and clerical support personnel if assigned.
