Job Summary
Provide leadership direction for Retail Services, which includes the University Store on both the Statesboro and Armstrong Campuses and Tech Corner on the Statesboro Campus. Lead team in all aspects of various businesses, including sales performance, customer service, marketing and administration.

Responsibilities

  • Perform related duties as assigned to support the mission of the University
  • Responsible for direction of managers and supervisors within Retail Services
  • Prepare annual budgets, analyze financial performance of retail units and implement changes as necessary
  • Follow all safety and other risk management policies in performance of work
  • Set procedures for hiring, training, evaluating, and development of employees
  • Lead planning and implementation of departmental strategies
  • Oversee inventory management and various e-commerce sites
  • Responsible for customer service in all retail units


Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field


Required Experience

  • Five (5) or more years of related work experience in retail operations
  • Supervisory experience


Proposed Salary
$71,500 - $92,900
