Position Summary Provides assistance in the IT department. Reports to Vice President of Huma Resources Essential Functions and Responsibilities Gather information and create Help Desk tickets. Assist customers with password resets, Wi-Fi, myMCC, Canvas or other technology assistance Required Education High School graduate or equivalent Other Required Qualifications Desired Qualifications Skills and Specifications Excellent English communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to sit, walk and stand up to 4 hours
Ability to use Microsoft Office Products.
Ability to use office equipment (fax, copier, etc) Location Main Campus
