Bargaining Unit Eligibility Yes-Staff Council Work Week Other Work Week-Other Information Special Instructions to Applicants Position Introduction NA Position Summary Assist with enrollment outreach for potential and new students, to include recruitment activities, admissions assistance, and financial aid events. Provide support and assistance to the Office of Admissions and Recruitment. Reports to Director of Enrollment Services Essential Functions and Responsibilities · Assist with recruitment events both on- and off-campus 
· Assist new students in completing the admissions process 
· Attend outreach events and assist with applications 
· Provide accurate information regarding the admissions process - transcripts, placement, etc. 
· Assist potential and new students with the FAFSA and financial aid processes 
· Attend outreach events and assist with FAFSA applications 
· Provide accurate information regarding financial aid and the FAFSA 
· Work collaboratively with others to positively impact student recruitment, admissions, and financial aid 
· Assume additional duties as assigned by immediate supervisor Required Education Associate's Degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution Other Required Qualifications · Reliable transportation and proof of insurance 
· Valid driver's license and ability to successfully complete a motor vehicle history check Desired Qualifications · Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills 
· Experience with events and/or customer service Skills and Specifications Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks 
· Provide discretion with confidential information 
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
· Professional and service-oriented attitude 
· Ability to safely lift 25 pounds unassisted 
· Work both on-campus and at off-campus locations
