The incumbent will work closely with Facilities Management and USM administrators on multi-year capital planning to advance USM campuses in a strategic, cost-effective manner. The incumbent will support the Director of Sustainability's efforts to implement sustainability policies and initiatives, such as the Strategic Sustainability Plan, President's Carbon Commitment and Transportation Demand Management Plan. The incumbent will also oversee University Store operations, managing staff and working with the team to maximize merchandising opportunities while ensuring commitment to customer service.  The University Store is currently implementing new enterprise resource planning software which handles in-store point-of-sale, website and ecommerce, inventory management, merchandise ordering/receiving/billing operation, and customer relationship management.
