Reporting to the Provost, the Registrar provides vision, strategic planning, leadership, and supervision in all operational activities associated with in-person and online registration. Responsible for records storage and management; federal and state compliance; schedules of classes; classroom assignments; academic catalogs; preparation and distribution of enrollment statistics; internal and external reporting; graduation clearance; and transcript processing. The Registrar leverages best practices to provide a student-centered approach, emphasizing exemplary service to all constituents. The Registrar manages a staff of six and works closely with college administrators, deans, department chairs, graduate program coordinators, faculty, and staff.
