Our Business, Technology, and Trades Division is seeking an Administrative Specialist. The selected candidate will be able to demonstrate Microsoft Suite Skills in the latest Office Suite 365 or Office Suite 2019 and all google applications. Advanced excel skills are required.
The Administrative Specialist is responsible for providing a full range of administrative services for the Business, Technology, and Trades Division.
Two (2) years of post-secondary education in office management or a related field such as Administrative Office Professional.
Two (2) years of general office experience performing the full range of administrative support duties, including extensive public contact, is required.
*In lieu of the exact education and experience requirements, the Division will accept candidates who provide strong evidence of the potential to perform the job exceptionally well.
