The Department of Computer Science at Methodist University located in Fayetteville, NC invites applications for two full-time appointments commencing fall 2021. Applicants with a Ph.D. in computer science or a closely related field will be considered for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor /Associate Professor. Highly qualified applicants with a Masters degree will be considered for a non-tenure track position at the rank of Instructor. Applications are sought with particular emphasis on the following areas: Cybersecurity, Interactive Multimedia Application Development, Computer Graphics, and Game Programming. Courses to be taught in this position include but are not limited to Cyber Security, Network Security, Computer Security, Cyber Forensics, Malware Analysis, Ethical Hacking, and high-level programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java.
