We are seeking a Senior Admissions Advisor to work out of our headquarters in Santa Barbara on a full time 37.5-hour per week basis.
The Senior Admissions Advisor will play a critical role on the recruitment team in respect to meeting enrollment targets. This position will engage in activities that establishes effective positive relationships with graduate program prospects and guides them from point of entry to enrollment. The Senior Admissions Advisor will work closely with Marketing, program faculty and administrators to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience in admissions, marketing or recruitment fields. A minimum of one-year experience in customer service or marketing is required. Higher education admissions experience is preferred.
