The Dean of Student Affairs manages student programs and comprehensive student services, including the student conduct process, to enhance student life. Career Services, Residence Life and Housing, and the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs and Title IX Coordinator report directly to the Dean of Student Affairs. In addition, the Dean oversees the Office of Student Activities. This position directs the planning, coordination, and delivery of student programs and services through subordinate directors and other staff. The Dean provides counseling, assessment, and service referrals to students and adjudicates complaints involving conduct in violation of the College’s behavioral standards. This position reports directly to Vice President of Campus Life.
