The Department of Medical Education at the Quillen College of Medicine of East Tennessee State University invites applications for an open-rank, non-tenure track faculty position in the area of Pharmacology Education. Exceptional applicants will be considered for a convertible- or tenure-track position. We seek candidates with broad training in Pharmacology and a demonstrated ability for excellent teaching, as responsibilities will include teaching Pharmacology to medical students and management of the Pharmacology discipline thread across Quillen's organ systems-based curriculum. Preference will be given to those candidates with expertise in interactive learning pedagogies, knowledge of medical school accreditation standards, and educational scholarship.
