The Creative Director is responsible for conceptualization and design of the College’s communication and marketing materials and has creative authority and responsibility for these materials, ensuring the highest standard for all creative and print production outputs. The Creative Director works closely with key members of the Admissions, Extension, Summer Programs, and Institutional Advancement offices and other departments on external materials, as well as sets guidelines and provides assistance for design guidelines throughout the Otis community. The Creative Director establishes the stylistic direction for all print and electronic materials and helps to conceptualize website branding and style direction with the Web Team. The Creative Director will oversee the Otis Design Lab, which functions like an internship at a commercial art and design studio for Otis students. The Lab provides valuable work/life experience while enhancing student's preparation for their careers. The Creative Director reports to the Vice President of Communications and Marketing.
