Cedar Crest College invites applications for a full-time Director of the Masters in Art Therapy (MAAT) program. The MAAT program began in 2013-14 and is committed to an arts-based learning process that integrates theories of art therapy and psychology within a studio model of treatment. Anticipated start date is August 2021.
Curriculum and Program
Applicants should submit a letter of interest, a curriculum vitae, a statement of teaching philosophy, three letters of reference, a diversity statement that describes planned contributions to diversity, equity and inclusion and a studio portfolio of 10-15 images.
Applications received by May 30, 2021 will be given prior consideration. We seek to recruit faculty who are prepared to teach our students, to engage their curiosity, and to inspire their persistence.
