If so, we invite you to consider an exciting opportunity with the University Of Southern Maine School Of Nursing. As the Coordinator of Online Graduate Nursing Programs, you will have the chance to ensure administrative efficiency within the programs to create and sustain a positive student, faculty, and staff experience. You will join a team of coordinators in the School of Nursing who will provide support and interdisciplinary cross-training.

This position is responsible for coordinating the logistics of the accelerated online graduate programs. The role, among other things, entails managing data for online graduate programs, advising students on courses, student onboarding/support, student course scheduling, and supporting special projects.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external individuals and teams to support our School of Nursing mission to advance the health and well-being of the community through the education of compassionate and competent nurses, prepared for the challenges of 21st-century nursing practice.

  • Baccalaureate Degree or International Equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of related experience

Based on the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant, the annual salary is $42,500 annually, plus a 10% employer contribution to the UMS retirement plan, subject to employer vesting policy. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, and tuition waiver programs for employees and dependents. The UMS is a recipient of the Wellness Councils of America's Well Workplace Award and offers a wellness program.
