Caldwell University invites applications for an Assistant Professor, Graduate Programs in Counseling with a School Counseling Specialization beginning August 2021 for the School of Psychology and Counseling. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; teaching graduate courses in counseling and school counseling, engaging in scholarly activities, administrative responsibilities, advising students, and participating in committee work, community service, and full participation in all program, departmental, and university activities.
Ph.D. in Counselor Education from a CACREP Accredited Program required. ABD candidates may be considered, title will be commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will hold a NJ school counseling certificate, and have school counseling experience. Prior successful university teaching experience a plus. Active memberships in professional counseling associations and NJ license eligibility (LPC) preferred. Candidates must be willing to support the Catholic Dominican mission of the university.
