By earning a degree in Educational Administration (PK-12 Emphasis), KC PLUS Residents meet all requirements for state certification as school building principals.

During the summer months (June through August), the successful candidate will coordinate and deliver an intensive Summer Institute for the KC PLUS program, as well as other duties associated with the program. This position requires a commitment to building positive working relationships with PK-12 schools and The New Teacher Project (TNTP), including extensive experience as a school principal.
